OrthoCarolina Foundation Health Scholarship,
I am writing to express my gratitude for the scholarship. This is greatly appreciated. The scholarship will allow me to focus on my studies and become the best nurse that I can possibly be. My family will not have the burden of supporting my financial obligation and this will ease the stress on them as well as me. I will make the committee that chose me proud. The Associate Degree of Nursing at Gaston College is challenging to say the least, and a graduate from the program is a nurse that is a critical thinker, and ready to take on a challenge. I am looking forward to my second year and your financial help will make the task of putting academics first much easier. This will also make it a realistic goal to continue to volunteer in my community as well. I understand that a summary of my future plans after completion of my degree is expected along with a digital picture of me. I am excited about completing the program and sending these to you.
